About Hyundai
The founder of Hyundai, Chung Ju Yung (1915 to 2001) began selling rice in the 1930s. Originally founded in 1947 as a construction company, Hyundai turned its attention to automobile development as early as 1967. The Hyundai Motor Company, which was founded at that time, initially produced vehicles under license from Ford (1967, Ford Cortina) before developing vehicles on its own shortly thereafter. The first model, the Hyundai Pony compact car, was introduced in 1974, and soon Hyundai began exporting its models to Europe. Later, the company expanded its new car models to include two mid-size cars.
The group has always presented itself as very versatile in vehicle manufacturing. It produces(ed) not only the classic passenger cars, but also commercial vehicles, light trucks, buses and heavy trucks. The Korean word Hyundai translates as "modernity" or even "present." If you look at the Hyundai's logo, you would first recognize the slightly slanted capital letter "H", which appears in blue lettering and is surrounded by an ellipse.
Anyone looking for a new, or used car at a Hyundai dealership will not only be impressed by the design of the models, but also by the technology and value for money. The South Korean carmaker has virtually taken the hearts of European drivers by storm in recent years, winning over all age groups. Since its Europe launch, Hyundai has been writing a unique success story here and is consistently in the fast lane. You are spoiled for choice, whatever you want: Bayon, Elantra, i10, i20, i30, i40, Ionig, Kona, Santa Fe, Tuckson. The choice may not be stunning, but it is very large and guarantees 'something nice for everyone'. All these models are characterized by a really good quality to price ratio.
